When I got my Challenge it has 25mm Wunderlich risers fitted, I really like the riding position but with the throttle cable routed the stock way route it raised the revs on full right lock, whats the best way around this, new cable or different route? I see pictures with Rox risers that are far taller than mine surely these must use custom cables?

I managed to solve the same problem on my GS with just re routing

Either way you will have to disconnect the cable to either re route or replace so give it a go and maybe save the cash

I had the same problem GB. I disconnected the throttle cable and re-routed behind the handlebars. But! Mechanics keep telling me this is not safe in an accident or if the throttle cable sticks. I'm thinking of replacing the cable with a longer one, but unsure of which one

Stuck the risers back and rerouted the cable from where it goes Behind the speedo to behind the ignition switch, doesn't make the revs rise and doesn't look out of place there either.
