I have every confidence it will be back in the near future

H-D have a bit of a reputation for reinstating models they have dropped

Had one in 1997 a lovely bike . Had it 3 years then traded it for an early Road Glide . That was a great bike but looked wrong at the time . The Road King started as the Elctraglide Sport did it not ?

IIRC they dropped the Electra Glide Sport and the Road King replaced it in 94

Lots of internet chunter around just the Police Road King being dropped in the USA … but the RKS is not on the 2026 model page…

Here I believe they dropped the regular Road King a few years back and continued the "Special" version through 2025. My favourite Harley's are the traditional Sportster, Dyna Glide, Electra Glide Standard & Classic, and Road King. Now they're all gone and I really have no interest in Road Glides, the Special styling they've done to Street Glides, or CVOs. I feel sorry for Harley dealers.

I would imagine all new Harleys are.

I may stop in the dealership next time I'm in that area but honestly I don't believe they would have anything I'd like to own. I heard from someone that the HD dealership is quietly for sale.
