Road legality of off road tyre

Hi All, Picked up a cheap XT350, for winter. The rear tyre a Mitchelin Enduro competition II 120/90-18 65R looks almost brand new, but I dont know if it is road legal or not. Could some kind soul let me know.

The sidewall markings should tell you. See here:

Some off-road tyres will state "Not for highway use" on the sidewall.
