Roadking “Police” model

Im looking at a 2019 model Road King Police. Can anyone share what the “police” version references?

It looks to have been bought from new in Ireland so it’s not an import and I’m struggling to see what the differences over a standard bike would be apart from a black/white tank and a few “police” emblems.

Doris will know more than me but it will have possibly additional light/siren switches (and a relay nr. the fusebox that alternates the sometimes {unless already removed} coloured passing light lenses), sometimes an uprated alternator, cast wheels (standard now), and maybe the solo police seat (well worth having) . Engine/gearbox/suspension will be standard.

Edit: oh and the nacelle/bar mounted speedo with the tank mounted rev counter.

Unless you like dressing up like the guy from the village people what's the point of riding round on one with all the lights and stuff.

Why not ask the dealer who is selling it, they must know of any differences. I remember they had one in Dock Gate in Southampton years ago, it had the red and blue lights fitted but had never been in service as an authority bike.

I looked at one of these at HD Nottingham when they first came out. It definitely had extra lamps on, blue and red on the front, quite large spotlamps IIRC. There were other differences as well but sadly my advancing years stop me remembering exactly what they were, apologies.
If I was buying a Harley I would be looking for a RK, if I was looking for a RK it would be one of the Police types. But I do ride a scooter so must be gay.
