Symptoms:
Refused to idle when cold (had to hold the fast idle wide open, and give it a bit of throttle on one occasion), no problem when warm.
Lumpy acceleration (not consistently, more intermittently).
Have done a search, these seem to point towards coils failing?, what can be done to test this hypothesis further.....(bearing in mind little or no mechanical competence).
