Have a Zumo 550 and have created a set of routes for a European trip next month, about 8 or 9. I have saved them in a file and have tried to load them onto the Zumo. I seem to be only able to load one route at a time to the 550. If I load any more it only sees the last route loaded. I cannot seem to get all the routes at once into the routes, maps, waypoint box at the side of the map on screen and to then transfer to the zumo.
If I load one route, disconect the zumo from the USB it says new info found and the route is taken in and seems ok but it is a long winded operation. Select route, plug in zumo and wait for it to enter storage mode, load route, unplug and then wait for it to show and import the route before staring over for each one.
Have searched the various threads but suspect I am not asking the right question as nothing shows.
Any one point me in the right direction.
Thanks.

Save your routes into a folder on your computer.

Open up Mapsource and then find and open your folder with routes.

Left click and drag the routes one at a time into the left side of the mapsource window, once you have them all there you can then click on save and it will save all the routes in one file.
when you transfer this one to your gps you will have all the routes.

Thanks Kenny. Tried to do that but as you drop and drag the previous route just drops off and still end up with just one route in the box to transfer.:tears

Aye ee could be right.

Am on the mapsource computer now so,

what seems to work is, open mapsource and make one of your routes, then open mapsource again so you have mapsource open twice on your computer, ok.

On the second mapsource make another route and when finnished left click on the route name on the left hand side of the mapsource window and choose copy.

now if you go back to the first mapsource where you have one route already, click in the left hand side and choose paste.
That should give you an added route.
Works on mine.

I take it you will have to copy and paste each route into one open mapsource.

Hope it makes sense.

Seems to work that:thumb2
Just tried and got the first 4 maps on the same, found they go on in alphabetical order so if I prefix each route with a letter, A, B, C etc they load in the right order.
Will do the big test tonight and try and down load to my Zumo, looks good.
Will let you know

Many thanks.
