I was away for the Rudland Rigg run earlier this month and as I've not had a trail ride for a few months I'm going for a run over that way on Sunday 25th. Anyone else on for this?

Working that w/e,but going to see if someone will do a double shift Sunday if I do theirs Saturday.

Just a quick bump for this, planning to be at Kirkbymoorside market place by 9.45 for a 10.00 start.

Possibly interested,

Never done any greenlaning before, I was wondering if this is suitable for a beginner?

I have a 650gs single with tourances, pretty confident road rider.

Any info would be great.

Thanks!

This is my first day on the lanes for about 6 months so I'm planning on taking it easy. The lanes are all rocky rather than muddy although there is a descent that could be tricky and needs approaching with a bit of caution. Certainly a 650GS would have no problem getting round and I've been round with bikes on Tourances without any issues though obviously caution is advised and you go at your own risk!

If you've any specific questions please feel free to post them or PM:thumb2

Probably Commondale, Danby and Glaisdale Rigg then back along some of the fire roads and down to Pickering. It's my first trip out since damaging a shoulder back in April so I want to take it relatively easy.
