S.E.T.R.A Enduro

and how do you "borrow" numbers? it's not like they're reusable

Bikes ready and loaded. Leaving first thing in morning to drive to Andover. Martin (Crapaud Junior) is getting train from Brighton up to Andover. Staying over at Cricketers Arms on Saturday night ready for early start on Sunday morning. Invested in a new spark plug for KTM as old one was gummed up.

Looking forward to event.:)

Wish I'd be organised and got my entry in for this :(

Have a good one chaps :thumb2

Steve

Good for you! What was the course like today - less slippy than normal?
Missed my entry this year :blast

7 laps and did a few lanes on the way home, only RIDER that RODE there and RODE home :D

I can confirm that I saw him arrive and leave without a support truck :D
and if you look to the right Im sure thats him in the background.

Gorgeous day for it! Good to get out and support you guys that did it! Sorry but the option of sleep won over any ideas of marshalling :D

Well done to Bakerman and Alex.

How did Junior do David?

Thanks for the photos'

apparently 3 & 4 laps is DNF but fantastic day out.

Some great ones of my son:

Perfect conditions and great day out. Unfortunately, I suffered puncture at start of second lap. Despite the very best efforts of LiquidLan and David Hall with all their hard work to fit me a new tube and get me back out again, it was not to be and I had to retire. Huge thanks to those guys for their help, it was very much appreciated.:)
I did manage a first this time. I managed to complete an entire lap without falling off.:D Took the first lap very very slowly to get the feel for the course and the idea was to speed up after that.

My son Martin did brilliantly. He managed 7 laps on his little CRF230 trail bike and turned in a faster lap time than several others.

Thanks also to Bakerman for the food and drink on Saturday.

Wish I had taken the GS as it would have been relatively easy to get around on that as there were no difficult technical sections this time. I need to ensure my KTM is better prepared next time as well.

Good weekend away having fun with my son.:) Must get in training for next one but I think the days of me beating him are gone forever now:(
