safety camera alerts and beep gone

the safety camera alerts and speeding beeps have gone since i updated the nav any ideas?

thanks for that the problem is there's no proximity icon in the menu system

re installed the firmware.. no joy, even tried to install the cyclops camera subscription, wouldnt let me do that either

Were they not removed by Garmin to comply with French legislation?.. Mine hasn't had this 'function' for ages.. (I used to disable it anyway, very annoying).

everyone has removed french speed cameras its against the law now.

Tools - settings - proximity points - change, from an on-line manual.

Did you actually buy a subscription to the Cyclops data from Garmin? ISTR that certain new Garmins come/came with a time limited trail. Maybe your recent update identified that your trial period is over and removed/disabled it?

I would recommend the PocketGPSWorld data as an alternative, only £20 a year and more comprehensive.
