where best place to put a satnav and im not gonna buy a migsel thing far to dear for me thought about top left above the fuel gauge ?? I dunno

You've seen the best, now try the rest. The Migsel mount is just so much better than anything else out there for the 1150.
RAM do a ball headed bolt that can replace one of the clamp bolts for the handlebars; this has worked well on the wife's F650GS twin since 2008.

I have a ram ball mounted to a longer handlebar clamp bolt. It's perfect there for me.
