Saved from the hipsters

Mikey

Its great to see your restoring another GS I will be doing mine next year so this is all food for thought. You may well have a clunky gearbox to look into at the same time. Good work keep it up.

Barny

New clutch friction plate and diaphragm spring,
Cover plates were perfect so just had a clean up in the aquablast unit

The chrome on the forks was a bit poor ,so I’ve had them rechromed.
I need to get some new gaiters as one has split, but I’ll stick them back in for now

Nice work Mike. I am truly jealous that you get to do this for a living.

Looking at the finish on a lot of your parts, im assuming you have an on-site aqua blasting setup?
