Saving emails

Is there any way to save email to cd (as in a back up copy) apart from laboriously copying each one in turn. I'm using XP Home if it helps and Outlook Express.

Go to your inbox, don't open the email just right click it, scroll down to 'save to', create a folder for it then send the folder to a disc drive.
