Belongs to my plumber, car is in Romsey Hampshire, contact through me please.

Hi Danny, pictures attached,
Was running okay when I parked it up but that was a few years ago, has stainless steel fuel tank lots of spares including rear axle spare heads, suspension bits and at least one trunnion and spare wheels, It's tax and mot exempt.
Other bad bits brakes are seized on but I will free them off so it will roll, paint is rubbish, kids have been playing in it and smashed the temperature gauge, the fuel gauge sender in the tank doesn't work. No overdrive, not fitted.
At least one of the heater hoses have perished and water has run out.
Other than that it's okay for spares or an enthusiastic restoration.

When I was a kid in the early 70s I used to think they were really cool.

For the full cool look you also had to have a green sunshade sticker across the top of the windscreen with you and your girlfriend's names on.
I saw one a while back with DILLIGAF proudly displayed on it.

They still are (I think so anyway). There's a decent one on Autotrader for £5000 at the moment, so this sadly isn't worth much. Hopefully someone takes it on, if I had the space I'd be very tempted

Many years ago, fed up with cars going rusty, I bought one and ran it for a few years.

I mostly loved it - fast for the time with a 3 litre Essex V6; handled well with twin wishbones up front and parallel links and a Watts linkage at the rear.

Although it didn’t rust, there were other problems - mostly ingress of rainwater. In all the time I had it, I don’t think that the carpets were ever dry…

Did a job for a guy and he had this in the garage, the original engine had been swopped for a v8

Provided the chassis is in good shape, surely your plumber mate would be best to send it to auction.

The car's on the South coast and vehicle transport would likely cost about as much as he's asking ?
I've no idea TBH, just thought it might be an easy option as they'll turn up, get it out and take it away. No doubt they'd tell him pver the phone what the costs involved were and he could then decide if he wanted to use them or not.
