Took a few more but think you might not be that interested.
Also Weather was great, so lots out, even coming over in their mod clothes at night to get involved.
Kinda found myself looking a lot at the ladys in the short skirts;)
Local news said there was a few thousand over.

Saw a lot Going through Brighton on the way,I've always liked them ,had a Sportique for a while Please upload all the pics you have got when you have time!!:thumb2

Ah - THAT'S where they were headed.

Met a few of the scooteristi on the A361 last Friday when one of their Lambrettas had broken down thanks to a shot fuel hose. The lass who owned it was about to stash it in the hedge and get backie for the rest of the way. Nipped into the garage in Lechlade and found them a bit of hose and all was fine - but it was hysterical watching three of the huge guys trying to bump-start it again!

They said they'd come from Redditch, just by where the old Royal Enfield factory used to be. Didn't know BTBR though - even though they had more lights than RAF Brize Norton...

Great pics:thumb
I was born and grew up on the IOW but moved off when i was 20 back in 1987:)
The scooters have been going there for years and it was always a great sight to see:)
I see they still gather along Ryde seafront too:)
Years ago tho- when the scooterists came down you also had a load of 'british bikers' as such too- not sure if they still come down anymore or at the same time?
And do they still cause a lot of trouble down there?
They used to be banned from a lot of places:)
