Get up to Kinlochleven on 3rd and 4th for the pre65 event. The bikes don't all look the same unlike the modern stuff. Thursday the 2nd has a ride out for older bikes around the Moidart Peninsula by older if I remember correctly any thing pre 1972. Some are a lot older like my 1939 Ariel a 500 side valve which I'll be riding.
Hope the weather improves.

It's not a problem following the Thursday run it's all on public roads. The start is at the viaduct car park Kinlochleven. First group away about 10.00am.

never been before and since getting my montesa i like the idea of going up to take a look see.

yeah mike we are going up by bike me on my 1150 and a mate on a 1200 and we are camping at black water campsite i think

seen one wet day of pre 65 trial, then the second cancelled. unheard off apparently. went up after work to a camp site in between leek and buxton. all facilities £5 a night well worth it.

A couple of the lads from the Aqueduct Classics club were riding, 15 sections they managed before the rain washed it out. Yes, unheard of conditions, even for somewhere as wet as Scotland!
