Hi. I've a few minor scratches on the tank of my 1150gs. The colour is graphitan. Does anyone know of a decent touch up paint I could use to fix this up?

Speak to a BWM dealer & quote the paint code that you'll fine under the seat. They can order/send you a touch up kit to match.
