Hiya
as some might have gathered a fair few of the lads on the site already know me.
They know me cos I run a bike parts emporium but up to now have specialised in supplying and manufacturing parts for the Blackbird.. http://www.hondablackbird.co.uk
Well since I got the GS ( or since I saw the light and found a great new toy ! ) a few of em have been asking me to get parts for them...
I and a partner run a web site and forum for the Bird folks.. Its a way of saying thanks lads and lasses, for laying on events, and generally making life good.
Since you peeps already have a bloody excellent forum and club, I have spoken to Paul and he has ok’d it for me to offer you lot some stuff at errrr... well lets say competitive prices ..
Here is an idea of the prices I can offer folk ( but only members of this forum. There will proly be a web page put up at some time but with no link to it from my site, only from this forum. General public ( or indeed Private Parts) may find it by accident but that is about it ! The idea being that only those who use this forum will benefit )

Those bar risers that move the bars back as well as up, £18.00 inc post to the UK ( supplied with stainless bolts )
Oil filters £4.00 ( a fiver inc post )
Twin FIAMM type horns ( Bleedin’ loud ! ) supplied with a GS1150 specific loom and brackets £14.00 plus £2.92 post ( may be suitable for other models but I am not that well up on the GS variants as yet )
100w H7 bike specific lamps £8.50 inc postage to the UK ( I have these made for me as the normal car ones seem to last 5 minutes in a bike ! )
MRA Vario screens .. Retail is £106.38, I can do ‘em for club members for £85.00 ( postage £8.24 I think but have got to box and weigh one .. might be £5.68 if it is less than 2k )
Tyres.. Not a stunning saving but I can do the Avon Distanza things for £135.00 a pair plus delivery or obviously free collection .. ( I can get ‘em fitted for £17.00 a pair )
Loads of other stuff like clear indicator lenses and the like ( I am one of the official UK Clear Alternative agents )
I stock EBC pads but am pretty sure I am not very good on the price of those as someone from here told me that .. In fact I seem to remember the price I pay for pads is more than someone on here retails them for !
But just in case, a couple of sample prices.

If someone can tell me the wheel bearing sizes I will get a load of them in for you .. and anything else you can think of.
