I had to change the screen on my 1300 GSA as the BMW std one produced too much buffeting and noise for my liking !! 5ft11 on a std seat. So I bought a Wunderlich Marathon Pro for a bike with dynamic cruise control ! It is much better very quiet touring screen up to over 130 KPH or 80 mph , if fact you will be adjusting the screen down at slow speed for extra air flow. It might be worth trying one of these add on screen deflectors. It's works for me on previous 1250 & now on current 1300gs.Any views on the best aftermarket screen for a 1300 GS TE

If yours is currently in the lower holes moving it up to the higher ones should make quite a difference. (You can see the two sets of holes in the photo on my previous post.)I saw on another thread the stock screen has two mounting positions. Going to try this later...
I agree, selling my 1200 GSA had the Puig touring screen with deflector for years, I am 6’ 4” so not small this has given perfect riding basically in a bubble so would like to try and replicate that in a 1300GS TEI think it is impossible to say -"The best screen is...." as it depends on a lot of different factors that are personal to you.
I bought the GSA tall screen and it works for me.
I had the same setup on my 1250 GS but tried it on the 1300 and it was not the sameI agree, selling my 1200 GSA had the Puig touring screen with deflector for years, I am 6’ 4” so not small this has given perfect riding basically in a bubble so would like to try and replicate that in a 1300GS TE![]()
