It seems after 83K that the secondary plug ht leads are past their best.

A quick check pulling the leads while running has shown that the O/S is gone as there is no change in engine speed.
The n/s slows but gave me quite a shock so although working is shorting.

Hunting round on motorworks and ebay I can only find a used ones, waiting for a call back from Williams to get some new ones but has anyone found an alternative supplier of pattern or improved units?

Have a look for posts by Fanum
He found some after market leads by Magnacor I think

You can make your own. Buy some NGK plug caps, HT lead and end fittings from any decent old school car spares shop. .

I don't suppose you have a number for the NGK caps do you, I couldn't find any that looked suitable when I looked a couple of months ago, the leads etc no problem sourcing. Just the caps

The poster was asking about the secondary plug caps on a twin spark, these are the standard NGK 90 degree caps.

The main caps are more specialised.
