I have been having problems with my SMH10. The sound comes and goes from left ear phone and I suspected a connection problem between the unit and the base clamp.
So called Bike-it and sent it back, they have now had my full system including the two base clamps (one speaker and one earphone set) for 5 weeks.

I sent them and e mail last week, no reply so sent another on Monday to which they replied they would look into it, I'm still waiting....

Unusual for sena my mate had. Problem with his and took it back to where he bought it Two wheel Trekkers! He sent it off lent my mate another unit and it was back repaired free of charge although it was out of warranty within ten days! Email sena direct on there website! It's probably the shop where you bought that's not been efficient.

We sent our SMH-10's back to the manufactures (somewhere in China if memory serves), came back about two weeks later all fixed, very good comms with Sena, quite good service I thought at the time.
