Seeing as you say "or Cambs" I'd recommend making the trip up the A1 to Balderstons at Peterborough as I've only ever had good service at a good price.

Other than that you could trek across to Cannons in Chelmsford - they're are supposed to be good as well although I've no personal experience.

It all depends on logistics and where you need to travel after dropping the bike off.
