As it says above well over the anual and the 6000 service but no light, is it possible to disable the service light ? Its a 2007 1200

Cheers

Jason

I believe that with a GS911 or the like you can set the service interval to what ever you like so if someone has tinkered to stop the light comming on by setting service interval to say 18k ........
the light will not come on untill then

Reminded me that mine has not come on either, had it serviced at BMW Cotswold at less than 36k, now at 42.3k and nothing?

2006 on a 56 GS

My 2006 definitely doesn't have one.
Besides that, 8 years, 6000 miles, you need to get out more. :D

No No No my good man ... its got 36500K on it i just meant its well over the yearly and 36k service interval , bought it with 32800 in june last year. last service was august 2013 @ 28200K

sorry for the confusion.:blast

If its not meant to have one on a 2007 bike then no worries.

I've just bought a full servive kit including belt so it will be getting all new fluids, valve set and carb balence this weekend. got decat headers to fit aswell.
