Servo stuck on ? ? ?

Turned off the bike today & when I returned to it later and turned on the ignition the servo pump (whine) came on and the warning light and ABS light flashed. As with my computer I thought turning on & off might work but it didn't help. After a few minutes I tried again and this time I pressed the abs button on the bars. This appears to have sorted it. Have run the bike and all is now in order but any ideas what happened ?

Not sure if it is an old wives tale, but handguards can sometimes catch on the leavers meaning the servo is on all the time. Might be worth a look.

Thanks Stu. I had checked that straight away. But not that. Any other thoughts guys ? Is the 1150 so old a bike now that there are only 1200 GS riders here on the site ?

Sometimes the front or rear brake lamps switch moves off it's rest and when it does it activates the servos

Is the brake lamp on?

No, I checked the front & rear brakes at the time & now its all ok again
