Setting headlight height - official/MOT height?

Hi Folks
You know those 'charts' you see for setting headlight height at MOT testers? This is the sort of details I am looking for to put on the garage door and test the bike. Does anybody know what the height of the beam should be from a set distance? I have looked on the web but can find no specifics?

i adjust my headlights in a quiet lane at night. just do it 'til it looks right.

always seems to pass the MOT chart test.

its a wonder they pass a mot with those lights, bet they burst out laughing when we've all left.

....Hope this does not sound TOO obvious, but all this info' is in the riders handbook ( assuming that you have got one ) Having said that, I have recently fitted a new headlight, and used the " Cookie method " to set it up.

......Sailed through it's first M.O.T, no problem..........

are the lights on the front , cause i have'nt found emmmm its dark thats why i can't find em.
