I've not been riding my 1150GSA for a while. In fact, after riding it back from Istanbul in 2015, I noticed the Ohlins were weeping, so I sent them off for refurbishment, reinstalled them and then barely rode until lockdown. I now find that both front and rear ends feel like they bottom out when riding over those big speed bumps and think its probably down to the Ohlins needing adjustment - they never used to feel like that!

Anyway, can't seem to find the instructions and the downloads from the Ohlins website simply say "go to a dealer" e.g. https://www.ohlins.com/app/uploads/world/2009/05/MI_BM215_1_x.pdf

Can anyone help!? :)

On these shocks the rebound seems to greatly affect the compression damping so first set the pre load so you a around 20mm free sag then go for a ride up and down the same bumpy road gradually increasing the rebound damping 2 clicks at a time until your happy. :)
Go past that point until you're unhappy :(
Then you'll find your sweet spot :)
