Hi ,just a quick question , my 2014 model gs is still a crap gear change , would be interesting to see as yours is perfect , what engine number yours is compared to mine . Just looking for a common denominator to see why some are good/perfect and like mine poor ,

Off to work now but will have a look later as the bike will serviced today / tommorrow and fitted with the gear change pro thingy.
This gearbox , so far , is very smooth . Still has the crunch to 1st but I think most bikes do that to some degree , my multisrada did so did my firestorm etc. it's just now the box seems tighter and the lever change distance seems shorter.
Let's see what it is like once the oil is changed and I can get to fast riding and more aggressive gear changes .

Strange , my dealer has got the flash codes for the pro ( which I would presume the software ) , but not the gear change bit

Will do , just like the idea of changing down gears on closed throttle as well as the full throttle up change.
It's around £400 fitted minus any discount you can wangle. BMW are having big problems with the software at the moment, so don't expect to get one for at least a couple of weeks.

Maybe £400 quid but the bloody factory seem to have an issue with get one to me ,............bugger bollocks and fuc shit needed one now , big sulk coming on !!!!!!!!!
