Siht, if you didnt have bad luck you would have no luck at all, look at it as character building

Really good watch , good to see you are up and going. Not so sure about those hailstones, it must have felt like you were being shot blasted :)

Subscribed on YouTube, about to start binge watching unless the weather improves.

They have huge storms in Texas and New Mexico nicknamed "Blue Northerns" and Shakey rode right into one.

Temps drop about 60f is less than an hour and you get hailstones, thunderstorms and all sorts of other shite. One hour later, weather is back up in the 90's f and everyone wonders what the hell happened.

I've been caught in a couple over the years and you just have to stop as a) the road turns to about an inch deep level of hailstones and b) they fucking hurt......!!

Great latest vid !!

Did all that by car a few years ago . As you say, Antelope Canyon is stunning

Would love to do it all on a bike , probably as you are, when I retire .

Carry on !!

Excellent latest video. I've ridden all those roads he's been on and it's a lovely part of the world that's for sure.

Hwy 128 into Moab is a stunning ride and so glad he got to enjoy it.

Highway 12 - Bryce Canyon to Torrey

This is another epic road, i will cover it on the next vlog later this week but left Bryce yesterday and took the advice of a local who said take Highway 12 north. The road is just amazing with sections of twisties and then you get the “Hells backbone” which you just have to see to be believed.

Episode nine is out now

Episode nine is out, the video says ten but i have counted and it’s definitely episode nine. It takes an hour or two to upload the final cut to iCloud before you can upload it to you tube so i can’t be asked to go back and correct it. I will try harder to get it right next time i promise.

I remember hitting one of those on our way into Alberquerqe Chris and us taking shelter under a flyover. Cars stopped too but the 18 wheelers kept on going at about 70mph.

Hwy 12 is fabulous and is pretty near the top of my memories of a great trip all those years ago.

Snow in Yellowstone

Hi Everyone

Woke up yesterday to 3” of snow in Yellowstone which made for a treacherous ride down to lower elevations.

The snow has followed me through to Boise Idaho but its just cold and slushy luckily. Bike is here for a quick lube service and safety check then hopefully heading further west to pick up the Pacific coast Highway in the next day or three.

Episode ten is out now on YouTube I hope you are enjoying them
