when I got my R1100GS it had a Fullbore M40 front tyre on it ,which basically is a shinko 705 ,I liked it got good mileage plus had good grip wet or dry ,I tried to get another but no one in uk had any so it was replaced with a metz tourance

Got the 705 on the front of my 1150 which replaced the old TKC80, makes a hell of a difference on the tarmac regarding noise and vibration but as I am no riding god I cant comment on how good it is carving up the corners.
The back has one of those Goldentyre GT201 Italian jobs.
Rhyna fitted a complete set to her F650GS which ran well for the first trip but second ride it had a flat spot.
