Should the rear disc be loose?

ER.....NO

You did remember to heat it up first:augie:augie:augie

Some sort of coating on the parts that can be damaged if you bash it off or on cold.

post 32 tells all.

Er.........No i didnt heat it up first..well I did, sort of i used a heat gun for ages and it went a little bit but was well tight.:augie:augie

I didnt want to use anything hotter because I was worried about damageing the seal behind the flange.I had to give it a good walloping to drift it off as well.
I did heat it up in the oven and it went on easy,

Im an inpatient idiot at times and just wanted it done, should have asked advice beforehand me thinks now.:rob
