This is mine. 5700 miles from new. Just had a substantial refresh and mot. Had the same tyres since 1990. Might keep it. Don’t really know.

That is a lovely example and only going up in value. I used to have the 750 Sport which was same frame and bodywork but 16” wheels, black chrome silencers and Webber carb.
 
Had this sat in my garage for a few weeks, belongs to a friend. I tried selling it for him on ebay but unfortunately he wants a bit too much for it. No takers.
Still It’s a nice thing to look at and not in my way.

Well........ he originally want £4K for it, After a few weeks of nothing doing I convinced him, after A LOT of persuasion £3k would be a more sensible price. In its defence it is a UK model with few owners and some good history. He’s owned it for 20 years and bought it off the guy who’s name is on the original buff logbook. It runs well and everything works, would pass an mot if it needed one. It’s sitting here if anyone’s interested.

Wiring under rear mudguard looks like is going to be a problem when it gets caught by the tyre......
 
Last time I put this up it was poo pood as it'll never be a classic :eek:

But I can assure Peeps that it is a Classic :D

I’m toying with selling this beaut later in the year as I’ve got my eye on a retirement pressie. Original save the hugger!

No I think it’s the right money at £3k. As I said it’s UK bike with current V5 so no messing trying to register an import, and it’s a good runner. He had the tank painted and the seat rebuilt too. It’s certainly not going down in value.
