1973 R60/5. Restored after nearly 40 years in storage (not by me.) 30, 600 miles on it.

That MZ looks great…. I love the fact that it’s showing it’s age, and miles of use.
The scruffy look suits MZs imho.

Love the laverda too. Italian design, a big fast engine, what’s not to like?

Keep the classics coming folks.
 
My dads old bike that sat under cover for over 30 years, he had a stroke in 2013 that put a stop to him being able to get it back on the Rd, he wasn’t to good on his feet after. Id call every evening and we always talked about getting it running again and I said once I’ve built my garage we will get it up and running, sadly he passed before we had the chance. However I wanted to honour what I said I’d do and set about getting it running and partial rebuilt the engine with the help of srm, I left all the patina, I use it regular and it goes like the bloody clappers and puts a smile on my face thinking of my dad.

I rode it to my parents resting place.

Like a bit of polishing, find it therapeutic :)
