Show us your Classic M/C

The Sunday bike

Bought this almost 20 years ago and it has been partnered by a dozen newer machines since, including 2 GS's, but this one a real keeper. My eldest son calls it an heirloom, even though he doesn't ride! Been to Switzerland and France on it and plan to get to this year's International Rally in Austria in July, hence the soft pannier adaptation over the rear shox. Compared to a modern bike - like my 1200GSA, it's like riding a mountain bike!

Yamaha XS750 1977

Bought it as a ball of rust in the Isle of Man in 2000. This is what money and sweat produces. ( well one of the things anyway )!

Had her for 24 years now.

I MOT'd her yesterday so I gave her a good cleaning.

Well I wasn't going to bother as I thought there would be loads of these appearing in this thread, so I'll start the ball rolling.

My modern classic

Have her just over a year now...Very rough when I bought her in Devon but with countless hours and a fair few squid she is back to her former glory.

Those K1's really look bang up to date.
I remember racing against one of them in the 80's down the A1 in Portugal, probably the first one I had ever seen.
I have respected them ever since.
