1916 Sunbeam

Just got this recently. It was restored in the 80's and has seen not much use since.

my mates got a new, unreigstered Jubilee.

Kept it as an investment since 1977:blast

probably worth less in real terms now than then.

I pulled a T140 out a skip in about 1985.

time I had got it running I could see why it was in there:mad:

Know what you mean. Mine sat in corner of garage in boxes in disgust while I rode a variety of BMs. Decided to fix it one wet Bristol winter. Balanced crank, Aerospace gasket magic, electronic ignition, Joe Lucas stuff binned. Chokes binned. Lots of other mechanical and electrical improvements. No bling. Oil tight reliable bike. prob cost half as much again as purchase price so even worse investment but used a lot

Can you guess what this is yet ? ............

My Dad built this one ..... its not something you see every day :)
