6" is the perfect size for the bike, looks the best.
But 7" if you have aging eyes and you actually want to look at the screen best.

For me, 7inch a bit too large, 6' ideal, 5 inch a little small. But guess whatever suits you better.
If you look you will notice that although the screen is bigger the icons and text are the same size, just more spread out.

Does the 7" cost more than the 5" and 6"?
Whatever you do, don’t ask your wife 
The screen size can be a bit misleading as some displays (eg Car Play) seem to have quite a broad black border which effectively reduces the size of the actual display. Thus was the case with the Aoccii I had but sold
I prefer the larger Chigee AIOB 6...7'' if i am correct....?

Brightness-wise, they all look pretty similar to the naked eye.
I presume the features and functionality for each are the same?
If so there are a few other considerations I’d make in deciding which one was most suitable.
1. Is the weight a factor in terms of the load it will place on brackets/fittings & mounting points for the chosen position.
This sometimes becomes even more relevant on off road rocky or hole strewn trails were hard hits & vibration can quickly
destroy the internals of sensitive electronic equipment as the weight amplifies the effect of hits.
2. Will it interfere with either the view ahead or of the bike’s instrument panel
3. Do I need information to be displayed in larger fonts etc. due to eye conditions. I.e. to negate the need for reading glasses.
4. Are there similar security options giving equal levels of protection when fitted.
5. Esthetics, which one simply looks more integrated and pleasing to look at.

These are really good points – honestly I hadn't even thought about half of them!
I was mostly just looking at screen size and price, but you're right, vibration and weight definitely matter.I believe you can adjust the text size in the settings menu so as you point out it will then depend on how the different screens accommodate those words fitting onto each screen size before scrolling.
Depends on the bike. The Ninja has a 5" carplay unit. The GS has a 7.
I have a 7" on mine and its great.
But when i first installed it on full lock my right bar hit the unit.
I have to loosed the BMW cradle and move it left slightly.
Funny though my Nav6 always looked central?
