Every time I cross the bl***y bridge on my daily commute (12 GS w/ panniers), gusty side winds almost blow me out of the saddle . Any suggestion on how to stay up?

ask steptoe for the advice..... he seems to have sorted that problem out for me...... but still don't know why it works.
