Hi all
After un seizing my denso alternator twice in the past few years it's time to replace as it's seriously playing up now, I've got a second hand bosh bosh unit that I want to fit, the plugs and wiring changes I need to make found on this forum but the pully on the Bosh unit seems to be slightly bigger even though it came off a 2010 gs , will I need a different size belt and if so what part numbers for the belt
Thanks

I think you will be looking for either the Contitech 4PK592 ELAST (OE 12317690571) or the slightly larger 4PK 611 ELAST (OE:12287681841 )
I think it is to do with Pulley size more than anything

Thank for that info 👍
Just for reference the denso pulley is 55mm OD and Bosch one is 67mm OD and thay don't look interchangeable

I think then you want the bigger size for sure But they are stupid tight to get fitted Elastic / Stretch Ballix!

When you have the old unit off If you are binning it give me a shout please ? I am thinking sesigning a Mod that may be viable and cheaper
