I've recently transformed the bad running of my 02 Adv by upping the TPS voltage from 350mV up to 370mV.

A short (10 mile) ride confirmed that my bike had no more 'hesitation' or 'fuel loss' and was once again a pleasure to ride around town and on the motorway.

However, after a longer test ride, slight 'hesitations' could again be felt and so I thought I'd raise the voltage to 380mV (370mV not enough?)

But the voltage was reading 350mV again  after less than 200 miles.

Today I've readjusted it to 375mV, and after a 20 mile ride (bike running fine :D ) a quick check shows the voltage has dropped to 360mV.

Everything is done up tight. So what's causing the 'slippage'?

I would be more interested to understand the repeatability of your settings and accuracy of the equipment used considering the miniscule change of 0.025 V.
