Thought the bike was loosing power yesterday but it turned out the front brake was on....noticed the brake lever was firmer than normal. Stopped and realised smoke was coming off some very hot discs/pads
Waited for the brakes to cool down and problem rectified itself with lever pressure back to normal.
Got 2 miles in to a 300 mile round trip to Cardiff today and the very same thing happened. I was worried the brakes could sieze so waited a few minutes before returning home.
Any thoughts on what is causing this....air in the brake lines?
