Should this be moved to the computer help forum.
if we ever do a book of the best ride reports and pictures how's this one going to fit in ??
download this codec pack and install it... it should let the video and sound appear... helps with other video stuff from the internet too

dvd quality. UKGSER has its own smugmug account, don't suppose there's any chance you could upload them there for the massesIf you were averse to youtube because of the quality, ...
Me too... In fact, I think I'll go to bloody Morroco and have a look myself, it's easier![]()

i'm sure VLC will open them. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
haven't actually tried it myself, but it opens 99% of things

I'm more than likely going to have 5 days in July when I'll pop over the channel and have a ride down to Limoges and along the Loire.
Keep them coming Snoops good work
If i can I'll copy and paste your report to ther North section I'll tidy it up with my special powers
Then Kev might move it back
I'll try tonight
Even YouTube quality is better than no pictures or nothing at all!
As I said earlier, some of us don't have administrator rights over work PCs so cannot load extra programmes.

Since a common solution has been found and might suppress the bitching I'll keep them coming. It takes a bit of time re-compressing the movies and working out which goes where on the write-up.
It's about to get more interesting...
) - I'm looking forward to the rest of the report. FWIW - I've had no problems viewing any of the files ( even on Linux! ) although I think a little more compression would help some of the slower PC's sync audio streams with video properly.
