Now they can go for blasting

Heads are back from blasting
I can fit the guides now

Out with the old ones

Heat the head,freeze the guide,easypeesy,

Run a reamer down to remove any burrs

Now I can grind the seat ,using a mandrel fixed into the guide,so it's cock on

On with a grinding wheel dressed to 45 degrees

Then I can Give the intakes a quick skim to remove the blasting finish
