I got my bike a few weeks ago from SPC of Alton, becuase of price and colour, the test ride was ok, so I got the bike. It was supposed to come with auto com being a novice I thought it was fitted, but when i had the alarm fitted, I was told there was only a switch, with the wire going nowhere, so ive been cought out .SPC asked if I wanted a cheque but 10 days have gone by and I've had no more replys or a cheque from head sales man ,should I start to worry ????? I know I should of checked the small details .But they ARE a BMW dealer.

Get on there case I returned home with my GSA with only 600 miles on it to find the tool pack missing then tried to palm me off with an incomplete effort claiming it was how the tool kit now came it was only the kindness of another member of staff that saved the day. shame really I had been really impressed with them and him up to that point.

They deserve to give you a discount because of the horrible colour!!

YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A FAST SILVER ONE...

Just to let every one know .Jeremy contacted me the following day after posting this message he apologised for the delay and was sending the cheque.It arrived thursday 6/10/05 thankyou Jeremy.

My bike is now fitted with a low seat( ALL black )so like the all blacks rugby team it wil be in front of the silver and wont be your shadow
