Speeding

I got a letter in the post this morning saying that my Bike was cought speeding & that I need to fill in the form saying who was riding it at the time, Am I wright in saying that if I complete the form but DO NOT SIGN it then send it back that the Police can not proceed with the case ? I remember this was the case, I don't know if it was still correct ? Any help would be of great help:(

There is some chance that this loophole is still available at present. It appears the best form of action is to get a relative or 'friend' to fill in your details on the form and send it back unsigned.

I can't condone speeding of course you understand in my position but some of those bloody cameras are no better than revenue earners, and they don't reduce the main cause of accidents which is piss-poor driving!
