speedo conversion

my speedo is in mph and would like to change it kph,
does anyone do a replacement speedo facia or do i have to replace the clocks,

I have a KPH speedo on my bike it was Italian import.
We could do a straight swap?
The only problem would be the mileage/kilometerage(is there such a word?) readings would be wrong.

I think you can swap just the speedo plates, but I'm far from 100% sure on that.
