Travelled the long journey up the M4 to Bristol on many occasions (from Pembrokeshire)... always found them very courteous & helpful.
Good news that I won't have to travel so far in future.

I found the same with J&S. Disorganised stock. No SBS near here but Infinity are better organised. I call into Gloucester when passing.

With SBS you can order stuff online in different sizes to be in stock to try on before you buy should you have a nearby branch.

I popped into Infinity (Gloucester) recentley. They have a good range of quality gear in stock...i.e. Rukka, Halvarssons, Revit ect. Like SBS you can "Try-On" by ordering items online to be delivered to a store of your choice. The instore staff were very polite, curteous and helpful.
NIce ride through Forest Of Dean/Wye Valley too.
