Gents,
The rear shock on my 25000 mile 1150 GS has developed a very slight squeak. It is definitely the piston within the shock, as opposed to the linkage.
When I spray the inside bit with water, it goes away for a short time till the water dries.
I was going to give it a dose of WD40 but I read somewhere that this knackers the seals.
Any suggestions as to a long term cure (apart from a new shock)
Cheers
