Off to St Petersburg in August for a few days and need a reasonable hotel near city center so we can do the tourist bit, pref if some where to lock the bikes away.

Hi, I was last year in skyhotel, it's budget but very well situated and has a very reasonable price. I went on plane but there was a safe and closed courtyard before getting the main entrance of the hotel, maybe asking in advance you can leave the bike there.
