Can't help you re Multitec, but, I have Starcom fitted to my System5 flip-front. Although I always use the System 5 in open face mode, even in winter! I use the boom mic(easy to fit)which is suitable for open face or flip-front.Probably ok to use in a full-face as well, though I can't be sure about that, never,in my 40+years of motorcycling, having owned a full-face helmet!

Over the years,I've used Autocom,J&M and Starcom. Starcom is far superior to any other motorcycle intercom system, bar none. Though there are other posters on here that would tell you different!!

No,I don't work for Starcom!

I had a starcom unit fitted to a multi tech with a boom bike
worked okd no problems the speakers fit good inside recess
each side for speakers the boom mike slides down the side in between the shell and padding :thumb2

Use a boom mic with my Strarcom in a Caberg flip front. Did originally have a fixed mike in a Vemar flip and my wifes Caberg flip but no matter how carefully I routed the wires they started to chafe around the hinge. Also had the disadvantage of not being able to talk when front up.

The boom mike sorts this out and is the best choice IMO.
