Mine is a 13 reg with 10600 miles & ok so far.
The 650 / 700 has different forks, the 800 has bigger forks & more off road bias....
I sold my 11 reg 650 with 18k miles on & had not been changed & were OK...

My 2012 F700gs had its bearings replaced at 18,000 miles.

Just had originals replaced at 36k They lasted 13k longer than the charging system .

I thought it might be a different story due to the smaller front wheel but looks like the jury is still out.
