Stolen bike...how can I stop this??

You’re correct, but anyone takes any of my bikes and gets caught, I can assure you that they will be having their meals through a straw for a while.

I’m happy to take the consequences

Play them at their own game; when you've finished drop em in the rd for someone else to find; and don't bother ringing the coppers;; you do have to have a certain amount of handyness and confidence for it to work;; oh; and no pansie slaps or they will just laugh at you;; good luck fellas; :D

So what. I have one for my peace of mind and knowing I can locate the bike. My mate recovered his after having it stolen.
I don't declare any security on my bike and the premium is acceptable.
Good for you

If you buy new or nearly new bike for over 20k ish you won't get a choice with most well known companies. Either fit an approved tracker or no insurance.

Hah trust me, they’d be in no condition to have a vote in proceedings. 👍🏽

For anyone interested in a tracker, I just bought a Monimoto 9 from MotoGB Shop where they offer 15% discount with code: SAVE15
£126.65 after discount and free delivery.

MotoGB - Monimoto 9
How does this differ from a Winnie TK tracker, various models on Amazon £45 - £60?

I use one of the above with a GiffGaff sim, costs around £1 pm. Works great as an alarm to my phone if the bike is disturbed. Battery last months on standby over winter and around two weeks on a trip, charges via USB.

Got no idea bud, I'm new to trackers as well. Just gone on Monimoto's great reviews.

I looked at those on Amazon and on Aliexpress but most don't have an IP rating and have crappy tracking apps/software.
Some reviews also mentioned poor GSM reception and sometimes not working in UK/EU so didn't want to risk it.

If yours from Amazon works well, that's great (y)
