hello all any advice on a r1150gs ive taken it of the road till next year now gonna use my rt instead just wondering about the fuel in the injection system will it gumm up ? ive taken the battery of to charge up now and then.

I've never actually seen it but I believe you can buy a fuel stabiliser that stops it going nasty, Halfords might be worth a look.
Just done a quick Google, you can get it from Amazon

I'd be happy to disconnect the speedo....temporarily

Drain petrol tank and run the engine dry. No fuel to go sour or gum the injection.
Also pump tyres to 60 psi and park on centre stand.
